Date: Jan 26th 
Time 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.
Location: HTCC

 ( Our room parent is Poonam Banker. 
    She will be your contact for set up and coordination.

   The set up for the Republic Day will be on Saturday, Jan 25th 
   Time : 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm
    Room :  Classroom  5  )

Program Lineup:
9.00 a.m. -  Kids assemble in booth. (Groups 2-7 only)
9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.:   Judging (Only Kids and parent volunteers allowed inside classrooms )
10.15 a.m.: 11.00 a.m. – Republic Day Flag Hoisting/Parade Festivities
11.10 p.m.  -12.00 p.m. Parents/Kids  go around exhibits
12.00 p.m.:  Announce Winners. 
12.05 p.m.: Tasting of Food – downstairs basement
12.15 p.m.:  Exhibit Disassemble

Parents: you will need to take the kids around the booths after flag hoisting ceremonies. Food will be distributed in the basement from 12.00 p.m. - 12.30 p.m.

Please be advised that there may be food samples distributed in booths. While we will try our best to avoid  any nut related items, do note that Bal vihar is not responsible for any food allergy issues and its your responsibility to take necessary precautions. 

Republic Day Celebration on Sunday Jan 26th 2020

The class has been divided into 6 groups

Each group will be assigned ONE festival to research and present. Please contact your room parent for additional information.

The set up, decoration and presentation will all be in an assigned classroom.
You may use any modality of presentation...trifolds, laptops or project onto the TV in the classroom.
The judging will happen in the classroom.
The total time allotted to each class for presentation at this time, is 10 minutes. 

You are allowed to serve food HOWEVER the food will be served in the basement and NOT in classrooms. The admin staff is yet to announce a time for the food sampling. Please look for details in upcoming emails.
